Create a healthy relationship with your physical body.

Better communication in tough situations.

Set healthy boundaries with those around you.

Address addictive behaviors you may have.

Disassemble everything about you that you are not.

And lastly, we uncover the true authentic self you have always been.

The first five of the ten sessions are weekly. After the first five weeks, we switch to bi-weekly sessions. This allows you to get in practice of everything you are learning.

The 90-minute sessions can be done via video chat or in person here in Nephi, UT.

I am a spiritual life coach, so it is important to know there will be conversations about God/Creator, and we will talk about your connection and relationship to the divine.

There is homework and journaling and a bit of reading that follows after each session. This is where the real work and healing take place, and it's crucial to the healing process.

If we get closer to the end of the course and you still have unresolved wounds, remember, everyone is on their own journey and healing timeline; and we can add sessions to this if needed.

This course is offered only to clients who have completed the “Free the Heart” course. It is very different from the first course. The first course is an unravelling of everything you are not and rebuilding of everything you truly are. The Elevate Your Light Course, is all about what you can create now that you are functioning from a healed state of heart. Elevating your ways of expression, getting in touch with the healed parts of you, and deepening your relationship with God and your purpose. You develop a broader and bigger toolbox of healing modalities to deal with all that life gives you. This course really gets to the meat of your existence and ways you can deepen your relationship between body, soul, and spirit.
